Mental Health is Important


Taking care of you brain is just as important of taking care of your body. Practicing confidence and working out are as equally needed for a healthy life style. Junk food and negative thoughts are just as bad for you. 

Insecurities are a real thing, and everyone has them but girl, that’s what makes you, YOU! So, strut your stuff and wear your insecurities like a diamond ring. This will take time but with the right mind set, you will learn to love them. Waking up every morning and doing something that makes you happy can boost your mood and self-esteem. Take a bath, drink some coffee, pray, read, whatever will make you glow for the day, do it. 
Make sure that you have compassion, not only for others but for yourself too. Stop judging yourself and practice being positive. Every morning when you wake up, look in the mirror and tell yourself one thing that you see that you like, even if its just “I think it’s cool that I have a nose” be positive with yourself. 

Paying attention to yourself care is very much needed as well. Rest well, get enough sleep. Take time for yourself, pamper yourself, you deserve it. Do a face mask, listen to some music, dance around and love your own company. 




Keep searching for colors when everything turns gray.
