Hygiene


As a teenage girl, you have to take better care of your body. This means washing in certain places, shaving, wearing deodorant and so-on.  
Having good hygiene isn’t just good for your health but for your mental health too. Mental health in the sense of if you smell or look like you haven’t showered in a while, people will be mean. Highschool is a rough world and people are not afraid to be mean.
Not washing your hair every day is normal but don’t let it get out of hand. I wash my hair every other day but shower every day. 

Having good hygiene can really impact your overall health and confidence. Brushing your teeth is a given but not brushing your teeth can lead to gum and heart disease. A simple everyday task like bathing and brushing your teeth can go a long way. 

Self-care is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
